ProPedido rollout in Pedra Branca – Palhoça

The rollout of ProPedido in the Pedra Branca neighborhood, in Palhoça (SC), modernized how residents, service users, and the local administration communicate. Before ProPedido, infrastructure and maintenance requests took too long to reach the responsible team and there was no standardized flow. With ProPedido, the administration began to organize, prioritize, and track requests digitally, assigning them to the right teams and suppliers. The system made it possible to significantly reduce response time, monitor the actual execution of services, and open a citizen–government channel via WhatsApp in compliance with the LGPD. The outcome is a faster, more transparent, and more auditable process, with higher user satisfaction.
