TahVago rollout in Luzerna (Santa Catarina, Brazil)
Digital Public Management
The municipality of Luzerna, in Santa Catarina, had several spaces such as auditoriums, meeting rooms, and workstations available to civil servants and citizens. However, much of the population did not know these spaces existed and there was no simple way to book them, while the administration itself had difficulty managing internal spaces efficiently, which led to frequent underuse.
With the rollout of TahVago, management became centralized, digital, and transparent, allowing citizens and public servants to browse, book, and use spaces easily and securely.
The platform automated processes such as approvals, check-in, check-out, and maintenance, and it also delivered usage, demographic, and performance indicators to support strategic decisions.
The result was higher space utilization, more efficient management, and a better experience for all users, showing how digitalization and smarter use of public assets can foster innovation, optimize government infrastructure, and promote efficient sharing of public environments.
